However, they usually ship to locations in a foreign country, such as the U.S.A. A Skybox is your personal shipping location in the U.S.A.

How does a Skybox work?
Sign up for a Skybox
First, sign up for a free Skybox account. When you sign up, we will provide shipping information to you. Keep this information in a safe place. You can now shop at your favourite online stores!
Shop online
When it’s time to checkout, provide the correct and complete shipping information, including the CSA code, and pay for your products. If you do not have a credit card to pay for the products, Shelcom can purchase the goods for you. Simply let us know what products you want and wait for delivery. Easy!
Send us Invoices (only if you paid for the products online)
If you paid for the products yourself, send us your invoices as soon as you order so that we will know to expect your packages. This will help us keep track of your packages and provide estimates for local charges. Follow up with us if you have any questions.

Delivery to your Skybox
Your online store is responsible for delivering your products to your Skybox. They will usually provide a tracking number to you and notify you when your product has been shipped and delivered.
U.S. Warehouse Processing
When the packages are successfully delivered to our U.S. warehouse, a warehouse receipt is issued. This does not mean that the packages are in Trinidad. It means the warehouse is aware that packages were received and they are preparing it for the next flight to Trinidad.
The details of the flight contents are confirmed by Shelcom, the packages are packed and sent to Trinidad on the next available flight.
Customs
When it arrives in the country, we clear and collect it from Customs for you. At this time, your packages will be processed by Customs and all Local Charges, i.e. Vat, Duties, OPT will be applied. For Skybox, these charges are based on the value of your product.
Local Delivery
After customs, we bring your packages home and arrange for delivery with you. Then, it's on its way to you!
